Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Freeze Tier II Travel Hockey

The only applicable refunds are due to player injury. That policy can be found by navigating to the Organization->Policies menu from the Freeze website.

Free Mite Clinic

There are no refunds.

Camps and Clinics

If a registered player is unable to attend the scheduled date of an event, a refund will be provided pending advanced notification of the absence.

Polar Bears Spring Hockey

The tryout fee is non-refundable. Only players placed on teams will be charged the final balance.

Jr Blazers Girls Spring Hockey

The only applicable refunds are due to player injury.

3v3 Summer Series

There is no refund policy. You are signing up for all seven weeks.
