FREEZE CLINICS

The Freeze Thanksgiving Holiday Clinic will be taking place on Sunday December 1 at The Gardens Ice House in Laurel. Led by Mike O'Neil and Adam Levine (12U & Younger) and Pat St Clair and Ian Soifer (14U & Older), players will run through a continuous circuit of skating and skills drills to enhance their overall playing development in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

There are two clinic time options per age group, 12U & Younger and 14U & Older, as well as a goalie only clinic offered through Wolfe Hockey Development:

12U & Younger (Option 1) - 4:20 - 5:40pm

12U & Younger (Option 2) - 5:50 - 7:10pm

14U & Older (Option 1) - 4:30 - 5:50pm

14U & Older (Option 2) - 6:00 - 7:20pm

Goalies Only (all ages) - 6:30 - 7:50pm

Each player may register for only one of the two available time slots to ensure as many members as possible can participate in the clinic. This policy will be reassessed based on registration demand leading up to the clinic date.

This is for all current Frederick Freeze players and goalies only at no cost.
